Delivery Guidelines

  • Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak shopping periods, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. These factors are outside our control.
  • Additional delays may occur due to incorrect shipping information, severe weather conditions, or operational issues with the carrier.

Delivery Area

  • Flonier currently ships orders within Canada only.

Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery timeframe for orders is outlined below:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (Eastern Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may extend delivery by one additional day.
  • Processing Time: The time required to prepare and package your order for shipment. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit Time: Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Including both processing and transit time, orders typically arrive within 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

Please note that all delivery estimates are based on historical order data and should be considered approximate timeframes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking number or experience issues with tracking, please contact us at support@flonier.com. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible.

Change of Delivery Address

  • Delivery address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@flonier.com.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may still return the item according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unexpected Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier operations or other external circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Packages Damaged During Delivery

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service immediately.
  • If the package was delivered while you were absent and you notice damage afterwards, please email us clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
